Established in 1989, Talento Ltd is one of New Zealand's leading talent agencies. Founder Shelley Taunt created an agency that provides professional representation to both emerging talent and industry veterans.

Talento, based in Ponsonby, represents a wide range of specialties that set us apart from the rest. Presenters, personalities, voiceovers, actors and extras are only some of the many services we offer. Our children's division is also one of the largest in the country. Need a Clown, impersonator or hand model? We are your agency.

Our talent can be found in various commercials, film, television shows, on radio and photographic work throughout both the New Zealand and overseas markets. Some notable productions we have worked on include Spartacus, Go Girls, Shortland Street, Outrageous Fortune, The Cult, Bridge to Terebitha, Hercules, Xena, Underworld, Yogi Bear and Legend of the Seeker, Power Rangers. At Talento, we aim to not only provide our talent with experience in the industry, but also strive to provide an environment free from exploitation. As a founding member of the New Zealand Actors and Agents Guild (NZAAG) we aim to ensure that there is a standard of practise that is regularly reviewed between agencies.
